Carmen, I felt that I must write to thank you for all you have done for me. I first came to you in July, 1988, that’s 20 years ago for a facial, manicure, and pedicure for my wedding. So, 20 years later and after seeing you regularly I receive many compliments on my skin and today I am only a few months away from turning 45. My wrinkles have been held off, the tone and softness of my skin is still young thanks to you. I have had facials at other places, for example, on holidays in nice fancy resorts but none of them have even come close to the ones you do. The facials that I receive from you are definitely more focused on skin care, proper cleaning and programs. Now I don’t let anyone touch my face unless it is you! Jan K
